![]() After hearing my story they were nice enough to ask corporate to send a brand new ring to me - and they did. I decided to go to the DN store and request a brand new Irene band free of charge. I sent my ring back for repairs that day, only to lose a THIRD stone several months later! At that point, I just figured that my wedding band was a lemon since I have not lost any stones from my Irene engagement ring which I’ve had since 2012. He was complaining to the salespeople that this was the FOURTH stone that had fallen out of his fiance's ring over the course of 3 months! He was extremely upset, and hearing his experience solidified my belief that the craftsmanship on DN jewelry leaves much to be desired. This time, there was a man ahead of me in line who was returning his finance’s ring for repairs. Just TWO WEEKS after my ring came back from being repaired, I lost another stone! I went to the DN store to have them send it back for repairs. Diamond Nexus is an awesome company with awesome products and employees!! Read Moreīut only after I insisted that I should NOT have to pay they would have charged me otherwise!). So, again, WHO CARES? Second, I have spoken to several customer service reps since I sent my ring in for repair, and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM, without exception, has been courteous, knowledgable and helpful. The customer service reps are AWESOME! Everyone I have spoken to has been knowledgeable and very helpful! I have read several negative reviews about Diamond Nexus and their products and customer service and I have a few things to say about them.First, even if it the stones are CZ (and I am not saying they are) WHO CARES? They are obviously high quality stones that come with a LIFETIME warranty and the settings are 14K gold. I was looking at around $1K to restore the ring to it's original fabulousness! I paid a nominal fee of $120 to Diamond Nexus and will be getting my ring back to me, fully restored, in a few days. I contacted customer service and gave them some information so they could look up the account, they found it and assured me the stone was covered! They emailed me a shipping label and within a few days of mailing the ring back, was sent a quote to have the stone replaced, the setting repaired and cleaned and polished! Since I wasn't sure about the warranty, I had taken the ring to a different jeweler and was quoted $250 for the repair to the setting and $500-750 to replace the center stone. If you're on the fence about if it really is going to be "good enough" or as good as a real diamond, it totally is! Read MoreĮ long since broken up, I didn't know if Diamond Nexus would honor the warranty. I recommend Diamond Nexus to anyone talking or thinking about wedding/engagement rings. If you care about child-mined "blood diamonds" and want your stone to look perfect, this is for you! And I know that if my ring ever stops looking and feeling exactly like a diamond, I can get a refund. Diamond Nexus is really doing something amazing. Seriously, I'm not the person to leave reviews, but this one was so important for me to leave. The ring is gorgeous, looks and feels like a diamond, and although it probably needs a cleaning three years later, it looks just as beautiful now. Well, luckily I found Diamond Nexus!! I found a perfect, gorgeous ring that my dear husband (then fiancé) could actually afford! I LOVE the three stones, which to us, represent me, my husband, and the Lord. I wanted the ring that represented our love that I would wear all the time for the rest of my life to be beautiful. I was mostly just excited to marry my husband, but I was still sad. All the rings we could afford at the mall were just ugly and had teeny, tiny diamonds. We were both poor college students, and he wanted to pay for the ring and he was a REALLY poor college student from the Pacific Islands. Ing at a few malls and it was so discouraging.
